Novico technology group expands identity platform with acquisition of EasySecure International

Digital identity verification, physical access control and workforce management combined into one integrated solution

Easy Secure

Amsterdam, 16 January 2026 — The Novico Group has acquired software company EasySecure International. With this strategic move, Novico strengthens its portfolio of integrated identity solutions. Customers can now benefit from a clear and cohesive ecosystem in which digital identity verification, physical access control and workforce management work seamlessly together.

The acquisition of EasySecure International marks a new phase in Novico’s long-term strategy. The group aims to give organisations end-to-end control over identity and access processes — from digital onboarding and compliance to secure access to buildings, sites and facilities. In doing so, Novico responds to the growing need for centralised control in a world of hybrid working, stricter regulation and increasing security requirements.

Bringing identity specialists together

Novico is deliberately building a portfolio of specialised technology companies that share a single vision on identity and access. In addition to EasySecure International, the group includes companies such as DataChecker and ScreenCheck:

  • EasySecure International
Specialist in flexible, cloud-based software for access control, time and attendance tracking, and visitor management. The company enables access via smartphones, QR codes, biometrics and traditional credentials, and provides extensive integrations with HR and IT systems to support complex organisational environments.

  • DataChecker
Specialist in digital identity verification, statutory customer due diligence and anti-money laundering checks (KYC/AML), right-to-work checks and other compliance solutions for organisations worldwide. The solutions support secure digital onboarding and help organisations comply with national and international laws and regulations.

  • ScreenCheck
Specialist in pass and card management and in managing physical and digital access to buildings, systems and facilities within organisations. ScreenCheck supports the assignment, management and revocation of access rights throughout the entire lifecycle of employees and visitors.

One powerful identity ecosystem

Joe Bloemendaal, CEO of Novico, says:
“We offer the services of these companies as an integrated whole — one powerful identity ecosystem. Organisations no longer need to use separate systems or multiple suppliers for onboarding, access and compliance. Through Novico, they can benefit from a single, cohesive, scalable, secure and transparent platform for identity verification, access management and workforce processes. This significantly reduces complexity and provides additional assurance: organisations can quickly and clearly see whether an individual’s identity has been verified, whether they are compliant, and where and when they have access. That combination of convenience and reliability is exactly what organisations are looking for.”
